Our check engine light on our brand new Bronco came on and when we called we were told to bring it right over because they considered this and emergency. We brought the vehicle over and they said to leave and when we called we were told to bring it right over because they considered this and emergency. We brought the vehicle over and they said to leave it and they would get to it with in 3 days. 4 days went by and they still hadn't looked at the vehicle. We said we needed our vehicle back and within an hour they looked at it and supposedly determined the issue. They ordered the part (a whole different story) and once they received it we dropped the vehicle off for repairs. After receiving the vehicle, 2 days later the check engine light came back on. We have taken the vehicle to a different dealership for warranty repairs and will not be returning to this AutoNation location for any future repairs or business. More

They will not refund my $500. 00 deposit, they won't honor the warranty on my 1 year old battery. Been back to the dealership several times, no action on their part. Worst experience ever, starting with when I picked up my vehicle. The windshield wiper fluid wouldn't work when I picked up the vehicle and it took six months to get fixed. Makes me wonder why I paid dealer vehicle. The windshield wiper fluid wouldn't work when I picked up the vehicle and it took six months to get fixed. Makes me wonder why I paid dealer prep fees. Over the six months to get it fixed the first part ordered was not the fix and another was required. The service rep left and I was not called, had to check up with the service department myself. Found out the last part ordered was lost and the process was started again. The same things happened, nothing was learned from what I assume would be a status report on the repare. In the past I have had excellent service here on my Explorer that went 368,000 miles. But no one from that time is left and I will not be dealing with you again. More
