Terrible service. I bought a brand new bronco sport from them less than 3 years ago, and I’ve had to take it in FOUR times in less than a month. Earl service advisor was pleasant. I set up an appointment for a Saturday and was called the day before letting me know that they did not have the parts for the recalls. Rescheduled fo I set up an appointment for a Saturday and was called the day before letting me know that they did not have the parts for the recalls. Rescheduled for Wednesday. Asked multiple times about a loaner car as was promised with the FORD protect extended warranty. No availability. Also no offer to give me a ride or shuttle. All on my own. Unhelpful with 3rd party rental car. Ashley was rather unpleasant and not compassionate about helping out. I guess that is more of a dealership issue. There was no availability at local rental car agency. The Ford extended warranty and corporate staff were also not helpful And gave me the run around despite promising otherwise. Will certainly avoid Ford products and especially extended warranty in the future. Clearly all parties involved don't seem to care. Sad, very mediocre process. Don't expect a seamless experience! More
