When I went to drop off my 2013 Fusion it was crazy busy in the Service area. Andrew immediately acknowledged me and told me he’d be right with me. I appreciated that. I was promptly checked in and was trea in the Service area. Andrew immediately acknowledged me and told me he’d be right with me. I appreciated that. I was promptly checked in and was treated very well. When I went to pick up my Fusion, I was immediately greeted and well taken care of by Andrew. In all my years of being a car owner this has been by far my best experience in any service department! The fact that the service department was incredibly busy they still were on top of taking care of their customers! I’d give them 10 stars ⭐️ but it would only allow 5! Thank you so much Auto Nation Ford and Andrew for the stellar service and treatment! More
