Once they found out I had a problem with my vehicle, they took care of the issue and I didn't have to pay anything. Although it was not their fault that they weren't notified of any of the phone calls they took care of the issue and I didn't have to pay anything. Received a recall reinspection notice. 1. I never received a recall notice. 2. I paid to have the "recall" fixed after the dealership kept the car for 2 1/2 weeks. 3. When I called to make 1. When I called to make appointment for reinspection (took over 2 weeks to get an appointment), I was told there was no need to have the car resinspected. If true, why send the notice?!?! 4. When I arrived for the scheduled appointment, I was told I would have to leave the car. What was the purpose of making an appointment?!?! More
