Took my Escape in for warranty service. I have a full vista roof & headliner didn't work. They kept the car for two weeks but the ice storm held up the delivery of the part. The communication was horrible. We had to keep calling and texting and barely got any response. I made an appointment but it still stayed a week and nothing got done.
