I originally purchased my vehicle here. About 85% of my repairs have been completed here, as well as routine maintenance. My last three experiences here have been HORRIBLE. I won’t bring up what happened when I got my water pump replaced because I chose to go back after. I will bring up the point that there was no multipoint completed in my vehicle. As a previous service worker for AutoNation, I do know that a multipoint is supposed to be completed. I asked for one, and the young lady checking me out completed it on the computer AFTER I asked for it. It was even marked that my horn works, and it did not at the time AFTER I got my water pump replaced at this dealership. I came in for an oil change. My oil light was not reset, I was not given an updated sticker UNTIL I had to come back after leaving after realizing they had not given me an updated one. Lastly, the technician left oil marks on my driver side door and steering wheel. This service team has no regard. For paying $88 for an oil change only, I’d at least expect a good experience. Funny thing as well, I let the service rep know I was replacing tires soon. This could have been a selling point. I wasn’t given any type of quote for tires. I was given my “window sticker” with a Pirelli tire. I originally had good years. More
