Service personnel are professional and knowledgeable. Dealership is a little scary as it looks as though it’s going out of business. Almost no sales staff? Dealership is a little scary as it looks as though it’s going out of business. Almost no sales staff? More
My second experience with the service department was beyond my expectation. They thoroughly and efficiently expected my vehicle and determined it pass the recall. They expected my back up camera and the diagnostic determined I needed a new camera. Mind you, the recall had nothing to do with my back up camera. One was ordered so we’re just waiting on arrival to install. Once again, Thank you Service Department Manager Luis Lopez for making my visit a great experience. I look forward to having my vehicle serviced. More
I am dissatisfied with my experience. Upon bringing my car for the service, I was immediately offered additional filter changes for an extra fee without any inspection of my vehicle. I qu Upon bringing my car for the service, I was immediately offered additional filter changes for an extra fee without any inspection of my vehicle. I questioned this, as it seemed unnecessary. After they finally inspected my car, it turned out that only one filter needed to be changed. This raises concerns about whether they genuinely assess the need for parts or simply do it for extra profit. Furthermore, the wait time of approximately two hours is tolerable, but the absence of functional wifi has been an ongoing issue for the past year. This means that I cannot even utilize my time by doing some online work while waiting. I sought assistance from the receptionist and the service department, but no one was able to resolve the wifi problem. Shouldn't providing working wifi be a basic amenity for customers enduring hours of wait time for their cars to be serviced? More
