Hice una cita con tres semanas de anticipación para que le hicieran unos recalls a mi ford explorer, lleve el carro el dia de la cita y me pidieron que dejara el carro un dia màs para poder terminar el tra le hicieran unos recalls a mi ford explorer, lleve el carro el dia de la cita y me pidieron que dejara el carro un dia màs para poder terminar el trabajo, pero para mi sorpresa al siguiente dia me dicen que el trabajo no ha sido terminado. Muy inconforme con el servicio, me dieron de excusas de que tenian mucho trabajo, entonces para que son las citas con tiempo? Deje el carro dos dias en el servicio para que simplemente no lo terminaran? Eso no esta bien. More

Went in for an oil change and some other concerns I needed for them to check. Orlando was my service tech he listened to all my concerns answered all my questions and handled looking up all my warranty needed for them to check.
