Get in line and follow up. Have an appointment for service? Make sure they’re ready to look at vehicle. Need to keep for a few days? Best rent your own vehicle- no loaners?!? O Have an appointment for service? Make sure they’re ready to look at vehicle. Need to keep for a few days? Best rent your own vehicle- no loaners?!? Or free rentals?!?! Then several calls for escalation. In the end our return service call was excellent. Brought car in ahead of appointment and returned next business day. They redeemed themselves with follow up service appointment. Likely will purchase vehicle and be married to this dealership for future service but first time visitors beware. May require extra follow up on your behalf to be sure you get device your entitled too. More

I made an appointment with their service dept it was two weeks out and they call me at 5:30 the day before to cancel saying they don't have enough techs to perform the work. Ok so they rescheduled me for th weeks out and they call me at 5:30 the day before to cancel saying they don't have enough techs to perform the work. Ok so they rescheduled me for the next week and I drop my vehicle off and the service adviser tells me it will be 5-7 days before they can diagnose the problems and then order parts etc. I have bought lots of vehicles from this dealership but that's it for me...
