I think that ryan in the service department should be fired, he did not file the appropriate paperwork for the insurance to pay the car and left us responsible for a couple grand bill, due to his neglige fired, he did not file the appropriate paperwork for the insurance to pay the car and left us responsible for a couple grand bill, due to his negligence to call the insurance before working.on the car and it is okay, because i will never do business with them again and will they ever have my business, they fix certain people cars the way they want to , you would think during hard times of inflation and people loss of job they would be willing to do the right thing, of couse they took his side, when that is wrong, cause everyone with a good business knows that the customer is right, but i would not recommend them to nobody, and if ryan has to do your car or be over the paper, get ready to be screwed by ford autonation, cause he is one type of employee i would never even recommend to wash my car, yet alone fix and i will be making sure, that the next person will not be screwed by ford autonation or ryan who is always sitting at the front desk with a cap to the left hand side the far end. I AM COMPLETELY LIVID WITH HOW THEY HANDLED SERVICE AND MY CAR, AND I BETTER NOT RECIVE A SURVEY FOR SERVICE, CAUSE THIS IS MY THOUGHT HERE. Im never bringing my car here ever again in life and neither will i purchase a vehicle from them I dont care if they invent the first car to get you to the moon, i will never purchase again. I WAS TOLD I WOULD BE IN AND OUT UNDER AN HOUR WITH SETTING A APPOINTMENT ,HAD TO WAIT BECAUSE OF A TOOL ISSUE IN THE MAINT. SHOP AND WAS NOT COMMNICATED TO ME AFTER 50 MINUTES WAITING ,WE DONT TREAT O SETTING A APPOINTMENT ,HAD TO WAIT BECAUSE OF A TOOL ISSUE IN THE MAINT. Service department delivered on fixing recalled backup camera that 2 other dealerships could not do. Tried to work with other dealerships for 2 years and numerous attempts to get it corrected, AutoNation camera that 2 other dealerships could not do.
