Chris Adams is always upfront with the cost when I come in for a service on one of my families cars. Easy to plan on my service work, upon arriving the service personnel were prompt, helpful and gave me an approximate time based on their current work load. My personal attendant at the deal shop Nicol service personnel were prompt, helpful and gave me an approximate time based on their current work load. My personal attendant at the deal shop Nicole gave me updates on my service work. The work was accomplished on time and the ease of finishing my visit and I was on my way. Could not ask for more from this service dealership. Thanks Auto Nation Ford! More
Disappointed in service, set up an appointment 7 days ahead of time and it took them 4 days to tell me my truck has a bad hub bearing and they didn’t have one and that it’s on order. 5 day later I call a ahead of time and it took them 4 days to tell me my truck has a bad hub bearing and they didn’t have one and that it’s on order. 5 day later I call about the status and was told no other Autonation dealer would give them one and it’s on back order. I asked why would a hub bearing fail with only 66,000 mile in the truck and the high tech answer was “wear and tear” because Ford has no way to grease the bearings. It’s now been over two weeks since my truck was brought in for work with no parts. Checked with Napa Auto Parts and they have one but Autonation can’t seem to find one. Don’t you think I should be disappointed with the service, Bart Lomax More
