AutoNation Ford Mobile - Service Center

Disappointed in service, set up an appointment 7 days ahead of time and it took them 4 days to tell me my truck has a bad hub bearing and they didn’t have one and that it’s on order. 5 day later I call a ahead of time and it took them 4 days to tell me my truck has a bad hub bearing and they didn’t have one and that it’s on order. 5 day later I call about the status and was told no other Autonation dealer would give them one and it’s on back order. I asked why would a hub bearing fail with only 66,000 mile in the truck and the high tech answer was “wear and tear” because Ford has no way to grease the bearings. It’s now been over two weeks since my truck was brought in for work with no parts. Checked with Napa Auto Parts and they have one but Autonation can’t seem to find one. My vehicle has been in the shop for 3 months now with no pick-up date in sight - waiting on an ABS module for the brake system. They didnt offer a loaner vehicle nor will they trade in the vehicle, but we k pick-up date in sight - waiting on an ABS module for the brake system. We do not receive any update calls, even if its just to say the part hasnt come in yet - I feel like I couldve gone to the junkyard and fixed my car already for all this trouble. This is a financial burden to my family as we are still paying on this vehicle we cant use! A loaner vehicle would be a HUGE help, the least they could do at this point More
