My vehicle has been in the shop for 3 months now with no pick-up date in sight - waiting on an ABS module for the brake system. They didnt offer a loaner vehicle nor will they trade in the vehicle, but we k pick-up date in sight - waiting on an ABS module for the brake system. We do not receive any update calls, even if its just to say the part hasnt come in yet - I feel like I couldve gone to the junkyard and fixed my car already for all this trouble. This is a financial burden to my family as we are still paying on this vehicle we cant use! A loaner vehicle would be a HUGE help, the least they could do at this point More
