AutoNation Ford Mobile sold me a car about a year ago. When I took it in for a problem, they told me that they couldn't work on it until it was in stock configuration (it's a 2012 Boss 302). They priced out $5700 in items and labor to return it to "stock" so that they could then begin to work on the problem it's having. The problem I have is that the car is in the same configuration that they sold it to me last year. The Sales Department was certainly willing to take my $30,000, but now the Service Department will not work on it. EVERY SINGLE ITEM on their list of what I need to have done to return it to stock is EXACTLY how they sold it to me. And to top it off, I was treated rudely while trying to ask questions. More

I am very disappointed with my service. What's the point of making appointments for customers, if there is going to still be a two week wait. With my extended warranty, my car has to be diagnosed before a c of making appointments for customers, if there is going to still be a two week wait. With my extended warranty, my car has to be diagnosed before a claim can be submitted for a rental. They were not willing to diagnose my vehicle or even take the extra step to find out if there was something else they could do about getting a rental. And check this! My service advisor didn't even know I had picked up my car. He called to validate date the vehicle had been picked up. Worse service appointment ever!!!! More
