I had a warranty issue with my new vehicle with less than 7000 miles. I first talked to the assistant service manager ( Lester) about a warranty claim. After no response in over a week, I went back to the dealership and learned that he retired. I then started the process with a new person. After two months she advised the claim was denied. I went up to the dealership to see why it was denied only to learn she had also left the dealership. I then started dealing with the service manager (Jerry) who said he would look into it. The service manager never returned a call. I finally got the opportunity to talk to Chris the assistant manager who had my claim handled that day. Chris advised when the part was in he would contact me. about a week later Chris sent me a message to set up an appointment to drop my vehicle off. If more of the employees were like Chris I would have given the dealership a great rating. More
The people are friendly and they handled my visit well. Scheduled a 4 pm appointment for an oil change (The Works) with tire rotation. I was driving away before 5 pm. Well pleased with their service! The service department will provide false information by telling you when they’ll look at your car and 8 weeks later still not look at it. Service department will fix the wrong part tell you it’s been fixe telling you when they’ll look at your car and 8 weeks later still not look at it. Service department will fix the wrong part tell you it’s been fixed charge you for it and then you have to bring it back for the same problem and charge you again. I do not recommend autonation services! More
