I purchased a new F150 in another state because it was not available locally. Unfortunately I discovered some problem with the paint that the seller had not seen. AutoNation Ford was kind enough to have it buffed out and coordinate the cost with the selling dealer. The AutoNation Mobile GM called me and set up an appointment. Two hours later, all done! A recall was issued for my vehicle and AutoNation took care of it. The appointment process was simple and the work done promptly. My experience at Auto Nation was very professional. I especially like the safety precautions that were in place. Everyone wore masks distancing as a plus and wait time was brief. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. I bought a used vehicle with a 90 day 4,000 mile warranty. Tried to have issues fixed before warranty expired but they couldn't get me in for service. Always solid, reliable service, but the wait times and communication have dropped off considerably. Yesterday, I arrived at 7:15 a.m. for an oil change and coolant service. After three hours, I spoke to the service rep who checked me in, but he tried to pass me off to someone else rather than actually assist me. While standing there, I noticed my car going up on the rack. No mention from anyone of the delay. Nobody bothered to speak to me or update me at all, unless I directly engaged them. FIVE HOURS in, my car was finally done, and there was not a single attempt by the staff to engage me and let me know what was going on. Looking for another Ford dealership to service my vehicle. More
