I was on a trip in the area and my truck quit working. This was a close (1.25 hours) dealer to have my truck towed to. The main problem I have with the service department is when you leave a message to call you, it might be a week before you here from them. No one checks messages of employees off, sick, vacation, or other reasons they would be absent. I even left a message for the General Manager to call me and told him about the issue and I have yet to receive a call back. This is bad business not returning calls. This is a issue I feel needs addressing. More
