AutoNation Ford Panama City - Service Center

After replacing the battery in my Mustang, James (Service Rep) told me to bring the car in and he would have someone check it out. Well 3-5 days turned into three weeks and then on 11/14/22 the tech called me and said he couldn't check the car out because of having an aftermarket radio and that I would need to take back to installer and have the factory radio reinstalled. I picked the car up on 11/16/22 and will take to installer on 11/18/22. When I called to check on the key fob for pick up, I was told it would cost me $184; however, Lori noticed that nothing had been done and corrected this issue. More

Took my escape in for warranty work and took 3 months to get it back. They didn't elevate the issue until over a month in and when I did get it back the check engine light was now on. get it back. I’ve owned at least five F150’s and Autonation has the best service Dept that I’ve dealt with. I appreciate the pick up/drop off whenever I need service. I especially enjoy the customer service, friendlin best service Dept that I’ve dealt with. I appreciate the pick up/drop off whenever I need service. I especially enjoy the customer service, friendliness of staff, & free popcorn. I even get a call from my salesperson whenever my vehicle is in service checking to see if all is ok, thanks Steve. Overall, I would recommend Autonation for your service needs. The breakdown and explanation of your bill goes a long way with me, especially the points you can use to pay for your service. You can best bet my next vehicle will definitely come from there. Btw, I’m looking into all electric F150 sometime in the near future. Again, thanks for all you do for me.
