Dropped off car for recall notice. Complimentary shuttle service gave me a ride home. When car was finished, shuttle came and picked me up and took me back to dealership. My interactions with the service department of this dealership have always been a challenge. From scheduling an appointment to sharing of information between employees. I have been a consultant for a dealership have always been a challenge. From scheduling an appointment to sharing of information between employees. I have been a consultant for almost 30 years. I have worked with car dealerships of all shapes and sizes across country and I have found this dealership to be in the bottom 10% in terms of timely service and overall customer service. The attitude of this dealership appears to be that the customer is NOT there first priority. When I challenged this perception I am told that my experiences are not the norm. After multiple experiences I can say words are cheap. You are what you do. My most recent experience was better in terms of their lack of communication with me and within their own building. AutoNation knows they are the only game in town and behave that way. It would be impossible to single out one employee since this appears to be a systemic problem. James Maddox made every effort to make me feel satisfied with the issues. But I believe he is swimming against the tide. More

I walked in to make an appointment for inspection underneath my F350 after an encounter with debris on the freeway. Lori Adair asked if I had some time then and took the truck right in. They did the underneath my F350 after an encounter with debris on the freeway. Lori Adair asked if I had some time then and took the truck right in. They did the underside inspection of the frame and suspension and also the hoses and belts. Then sent me a walk under video. There was no charge for the inspection. Good job. More
