AutoNation Ford Panama City - Service Center

Had an appointment! Arrived on time! Nope no appointment! After them not being somewhat not very happy with me. They found the appointment! Under a service person who n Arrived on time! What this person said they erased all his service appointments. Not saying sorry or opps! They made feel they really didn't care to there. In fact service person text only best way I'll to contact...and I leave at 2:30! Rotors on jeep needed replacement and ask is that under warrenty? No Nation wide doesn't cover that..I guess she knew what covage I had. They nothing from them! 3:30 in the afternoon. No communication. I called.. Put on hold 30 minutes. No one came back to the phone. Wife dropped me off to check on it. My Jeep was up front. The paperwork was lost. Found it! Behind computer. Not a experience! More

I usually have bad service with Autonation Panama City. This dealership for some reason or another. My car has been broken into in the past while on the lot. I had purchased a used vehicle and when I went to pick it up they sold it to someone else and said I could buy it off them for a $1000 more! My last service was better, James took care of most of our needs. We did find out after leaving that we have an extended service plan but they did not catch it and charged us for full service. I do not know how much the ESP would of covered but it was concerning we all overlooked it. More
