Had a 8:30 am appointment to get my car serviced . Got there about 15 minutes early ,. About 3 hours i asked the servive manager to check on my car . He came back in a few minutes told me they had finished with it and were doing the paper work . About 15 minutes later they called me to the desk to get my paper work . Thanks to the service manager who told the person at the desk to give me a free next time service card because of the amount of time it took to service my car . More
Dealership as a whole needs help. Service department is understaffed resulting in multi-day to week timelines for walk-in and multi-month timelines for appointments. My vehicle is as there for a week then had to be taken back within 12 hours because the issue wasn’t fixed. Service department estimated that they wouldn’t be able to look at it for another 5 days. Outside of that, James in customer service did a great job of keeping me informed on the vehicle status (which was mostly “still haven’t looked at it”). More
Jessie “Dj Icon” was a great service adviser. He worked diligently to make sure I received my car in a timely manner. I am giving the my service representative, James, a five, not the dealership. He is extremely responsive, helped me through an emergency, took care of some items i did not know about and needed immediate at not the dealership. He is extremely responsive, helped me through an emergency, took care of some items i did not know about and needed immediate attention. While he was checking me out, he would occasionally advise the service reps near him when he heard them unable to perform certain administrative tasks or couldnt come up with an answer while talking to a customer in person or on the phone. ANF PC needs more service reps like him. More
The Good: Lori the Service Rep was very helpful. They have a platform where they communicate via text and it’s better than calling and waiting on hold. (She was 5 Stars) Whoever the tech was did my recalls and serviced my vehicle for the issue and found an additional issue that he sent video of and repaired. I thought this was very helpful and considerate. The Bad: It took like 4-5 weeks to get an appmt which wasn’t a big deal; except when I get there they were a week behind due to staffing so my vehicle didn’t get looked at for 4 days. (Which the reason given was short staffed) They had my vehicle for multiple weeks as they didn’t have all the parts they needed and there were delays. (This was obviously inconveniencing but it is what it is) What really frustrated me and damaged my experience was the day I picked up my vehicle. Lori was helpful (as usual) but the team member who brought up my vehicle said the battery wouldn’t start and he had to jump it (I’m thinking, do I need a new battery, if so please replace it while we are here). He sends me on my way and says I should be fine…. Needless to say my car died and it was raining. Fortunately advanced auto parts was able to help me with a new battery and get my car working again. I would say outside of Lori and the Tech (name I don’t know) who paid extra attention to my vehicle (they were amazing) I was pretty disappointed with my experience. More
