The only way my experience could be turned around at this point is for my car to be repaired by Friday. I have a trip that was planned over 11 months ago and need my car to make this trip. My name is Richard Venable and my car is a 2021 Ford Escape. With all of the cars I have bought and brought in for repair this experience has been by far the worst I have ever had.
