i made an appointment to take my vehicle in for air-conditioning repair. after a day & a half of not hearing from anybody i called to get the status. they said it would be at least 5 to 7 days befo air-conditioning repair. after a day & a half of not hearing from anybody i called to get the status. they said it would be at least 5 to 7 days before they even looked at the vehicle. i can not afford to have my car sitting on the lot for that amount of time with nothing done. i went to pick up the vehicle and cancel my service and the people in the service dept. were very rude, particularly the service manager. it took them over a half-hour to even find my keys so that i could take my car. i will never go back to autonation for service or to buy a new vehicle. i have never encountered such rude, incompetent service department.
