Autonation has provided me great service after the sale (even though they were not the dealership that I purchased my new truck from). I recently had an issue, that the dealer (Mullinax) I purchased it fro (even though they were not the dealership that I purchased my new truck from). I recently had an issue, that the dealer (Mullinax) I purchased it from wouldn’t even discuss with me. Auto Nation service rep (Derick) discussed and resolved the issue the same morning I brought the issue to him. Even though he had never experienced this issue before, he brought in an outside specialist to look at it and had it fixed mid morning. That’s what you call real service to the customer. More

The sales process was excellent. .. and the service process was superb. We had a serious problem with our Ford Escape at a critical time when we had guests in from out of state for .. and the service process was superb. We had a serious problem with our Ford Escape at a critical time when we had guests in from out of state for a big family event in another city. We NEEDED the car fixed promptly. Derek diagnosed the problem and had it resolved in less than 24 hours and also arrange shuttle and delivery service. So our Family event was saved!
