The best part of this required service on my auto was the communication that was shown between Devan and myself. He kept me up-to-date on all changes and requirements at no time was I left wondering what was communication that was shown between Devan and myself. He kept me up-to-date on all changes and requirements at no time was I left wondering what was going on.. my auto is a GSA vehicle which requires more work for approval to get issues dealt with and Devan was diligent in getting the approval for the required repairs and retaining the parts that were required for the repair.. I appreciate his communication professionalism and he definitely is a positive member of the team. More

Within 6 months of purchasing a Ford F150, the lift kit needs to be replaced. The lift kit was a hodge podge of parts, So much for inspecting a vehicle before selling it. Went in for an alignment of my truck and 40K service. Pointed out some corrosion near one of my batteries and asked them to check it out during the service. Rep called me and told me that one of my bat Pointed out some corrosion near one of my batteries and asked them to check it out during the service. Rep called me and told me that one of my batteries was in fact bad and that it had likely caused damage to the other and quoted me ~500 with a one year warranty to replace the two batteries. I told him no, that I would do that myself. I took both batteries to Autozone and Advanced Auto to have the batteries tested. Both came back without any issues. (Advanced Auto seemed to be a more in depth test.) Further salt in the wound, when I pulled the batteries, they said 3 year warranty and were dated 11/23. Yet the dealership quoted me to replace. Can't trust organizations that treat their customers this way. I'll drive farther to use someone else in the future. More
