Had a part ordered, when it arrived they called to schedule me. I had to miss the appointment and they called again to reschedule me. My initial correspondence with the dealership was by mail (since I live about 150 miles away) and a phone call with the sales person). At time of pick-up, the car was ready, which I briefly tested. The sales team were friendly, and welcoming with water and coffee, and as efficient as can be expected. They even walked me outside to the car and waived me good-bye like family members. Great experience overall and five stars to the dealership. More

Everyone was nice and accommodating especially Champ (sales personnel) but the service is slow. Already picked the vehicle and signed an agreement. Since this cost was included in the price, I expected a good job. Instead, there were stains and dirt in many places that are easily removable. More
