I purchased a Mercedes Benz s550 4matic from this dealership and also purchased the extended warranty. I was only given 1 keyfob. One of the warranties that I purchased from this dealership was for K dealership and also purchased the extended warranty. I was only given 1 keyfob. One of the warranties that I purchased from this dealership was for Keyfob replacement. I contacted the warranty company in regards to getting another keyfob and they told me that it was the dealership's responsibility to provide the second keyfob. I called the dealership and left several messages for the finance department to contact me, and I never heard back from them. I then called and asked to speak with the GM and left a message for him to call me back and never heard back from him. This is the absolute worst customer service that I have received and I would never suggest anyone waste their time with this dealership. They got paid and that was it. There are several other dealerships in the area that you can purchase a vehicle from. More
