Had an appointment to have my rear brake pads replaced. Waited 2 hours after my appointment time only for my advisor to tell me that I need my rear brake pads replaced. Team knows what they are doing - very engaged and listen to customer. Do the work as requested. Only downside is their new "2.5%" credit card surcharge - which is a real surprise and bummer - that is a new to customer. Do the work as requested.
