They were straight up and told me the truth. Can’t ask for more than that from a car dealer. Wish there was a bit more room to negotiate but overall it was a good experience. I had my oil changed there , except they forgot to put the O-ring on the filter canister. Came out to my car and found a puddle of oil under it. Thank God I didn't drive it anywhere.
