Needed a replacement battery for my Ford Explorer. Battery was installed at Auto Nation Ford on September 19, 2022. On the morning of November 22, 2022 my car wouldn't start - so we put a battery cha Battery was installed at Auto Nation Ford on September 19, 2022. On the morning of November 22, 2022 my car wouldn't start - so we put a battery charger on and got the vehicle started and drove to Auto Nation Ford in Sanford, Fl. Was told we needed a new battery and I questioned why there was no proration on the current battery. When I purchased the battery in 2019...was told it was a five year battery with 3 years full replacement and 2 years proration after that for the full 5 years. I didn't receive any amount on the proration with the new purchase. Seems like I should have a credit due toward the purchase but none listed. Please advise. More

OMG car was in limp mode warning lights on. FORD dealers in EUSTIS and LEESBURG said maybe in 5 WEEKS... What? AUTO NATION got me in 4 days. Had a Saturday appointment dropped it off Friday.
