We purchased a “used” Bronco with 200 miles on it. When a vehicle is used it falls under the 1price policy, which right now is none negotiable, even with large market adjustments and full cash offers, When a vehicle is used it falls under the 1price policy, which right now is none negotiable, even with large market adjustments and full cash offers, which leaves a bad taste in your mouth. The sales person had very limited knowledge of the vehicle we purchased and couldn’t answer many questions we had about the 2022 Bronco we were purchasing. When the deal was done and we were about to depart the vehicles had an almost empty fuel tank, again, because it was “used” and that is their policy. It was also missing an owners manual which we have requested with no response. Overall not a great experience and we definitely felt like Auto Nation didn’t understand the value of long term relationships which facilitate repeat business. More
