I have been dealing with John Erber for years when bringing my vehicles in for service. He is without a doubt the best Service Advisor I have ever dealt with. I am a stickler for "fixed right the fi bringing my vehicles in for service. He is without a doubt the best Service Advisor I have ever dealt with. I am a stickler for "fixed right the first time", and have never been disappointed with his customer service. Awesome!!! More

I continue to come back to AutoNation Ford in Sanford even though it is an hour drive for me because of the level of customer service that I always receive. I was having difficulties with my car and tire even though it is an hour drive for me because of the level of customer service that I always receive. I was having difficulties with my car and tires and the team there really took their time to look through everything to make sure that I would be safe on the road. Logan was my service advisor and he really helped explain everything to me and made sure that all of the issues were addressed with my vehicle. He always goes above and beyond and really makes you feel important and valued as a customer. I will continue to come to AutoNation Sanford despite living in groveland because I know that I can trust the service that I receive. More

Lady that helped me check in/out was nice and sweet. However, the technician did not do his job properly. I would not recommend their Maintenance Dept to anyone. My wipers were broke and I went to Sanford Ford on August 2nd. They were out of stock but said they would be in on Thurs or Fri. I figured i could My wipers were broke and I went to Sanford Ford on August 2nd. They were out of stock but said they would be in on Thurs or Fri. I figured i could survive a couple of days as i didnt have anything pressing. The next 3 weeks came and went, calling nearly almost every day. I asked for a loaner but was denied multiple times by different service reps. I told everyone i talked to that i cant drive my car when it rains every day in Fl. Tuesday, August 23 I got caught on I-4 in a pop up deluge. Scared the xxxx out of me and got pulled over by a sherriff, who assisted me to safety. Not having wipers for almost 4 weeks the maintenace dept literally put my life in danger. I spent more time sitting at the side of the road then i did driving. I called on the 24th to hear the same mantra. The 25th rolled around & was told they werent in. I then asked to speak to the Manager. But he wasnt there..he was in california. I then asked to speak to any other manager that was there even if it was the dealership manager. I got a call back, he said it would be taken care of immediately and said he would call back. And low and behold a miracle happened. Logan Cronk called me and said my wipers were in his hands. He told me that they were sitting in the parts dept but not where they could find them and werent logged into the computer. Big Thanks to Logan! He took the initiative to actually look!! He said they needed another part which arrive on Friday and ACTUALLY gave me a rental. My husband and I have been a lifetime Ford owners. I have never been so frustrated and angry as what i experienced and will never go back to that location. Surely a black mark in my book. More
