Originally went to the dealership for parts for another Ford vehicle I own that turned into a sightseeing trip. Was met by Carson and told him what I wanted to see. His explanation of the installed systems and features was on point. The finance personnel was real easy to deal with, they did try and up sell some stuff but kept it realistic and did find me the best interest rate. I could’ve and should’ve fought for a better price but I didn’t so that’s on me. I am reserving my opinion of the service dept as of yet till I see how quickly they handle the warranty work it’s in for at only 300 miles. More
