Yesterday, Jody text me after enquiring about the Broncos Listed on your website. She informed me that a Bronco Big Bend was available. I asked for the Window Sticker so I could confirm what options it came Listed on your website. She informed me that a Bronco Big Bend was available. I asked for the Window Sticker so I could confirm what options it came with and compare with what the MSRP for that particular model and options was. Now I know that MSRP is not the be all end all and you guys have to make money somehow but the price gouging has hit ridiculous levels. Your sticker price states the MSRP of $44,050, pretty comparable to regular MSRP after delivery, ect. Jody then sent me what looks like a dealer printed piece of paper, again listing all the options. However, this piece of paper had a total MSRP of $54,540. So now we are 10K over MSRP. Then at the bottom written in pencil another +$10,000. Bringing the total to $64,540. How on earth are you guys going to sell a New Vehicle for $20K+ over MSRP. Your salesperson (Jody) informed me that you weren't gouging, and that you have set a cap market adjustment of $10K. Furthermore, Jody informed me that you are a reputable dealership with a great reputation. That may have been true in the past, but gouging prices in this Market to try to take advantage of uninformed buyers. Is extremely unethical. Ford put out a press release explicitly telling dealers this should not be happening, and would give future inventory to competing dealerships. I hope they withhold inventory from your dealership after I Inform them of the Price Gouging at Ford Sanford. Do Better! More

The Service team at Ford Auto Nation in Sanford is outstanding. They do an excellent job at communicating any issues they discover during the service visit and quickly come up with an optimal service outstanding.
