My Fusion Hybrid was towed in when most of the service dept had already gone home for the day. Devan could have said "you'll have to come back tomorrow" but instead said that if the battery (#1) was dead dept had already gone home for the day. Devan could have said "you'll have to come back tomorrow" but instead said that if the battery (#1) was dead and he had a replacement he would install it right then. If it was not that battery then I would need to have a diagnostics test run to see what the problem was. It was indeed a dead battery and in short order Devan installed a new one and I was on my way. I spent the whole afternoon waiting for the tow truck after it was determined that I should just take it to a Ford dealer. By that point I really, really appreciated Devan's consideration and willingness to help me out. I love my Fusion and am glad it was just a dead battery. Devan is to be commended on his customer service skills. More
