Went in for oil change and I had asked for them to check my back up camera when I called. At no point in time over the phone was I told it would cost me almost 200. I bought my truck Jan 3 2022 and after a my back up camera when I called. At no point in time over the phone was I told it would cost me almost 200. I bought my truck Jan 3 2022 and after a month my back up camera stared turning blue. If someone would of told me It would cost I would of been ready but I only got told when I got there so no I didn't get them to look at it. I would of thought sense I only bought it 2 months ago They would if checked it out. Ill look myself on line...Im disappointed in them More

I drive an hour just for oil changes so I can get the exceptional service from Sanford Auto Nation and Logan, my service writer! He goes above and beyond to get me an appointment and in and out fast. I b exceptional service from Sanford Auto Nation and Logan, my service writer! He goes above and beyond to get me an appointment and in and out fast. I brought my truck to another dealer close to where I live ( several times for the same issue) and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it, brought it to Auto Nation and they fixed it in about fifteen minutes. It was a loose bolt in my suspension! Good thing they found it. I also love the shuttle service they provide so you can get a bite to eat while you wait. More
