Service dept. was excellent, as usual. The finance dept. not so much. I arrived for a recall service and a prepaid oil service, only to find that my prepaid serv was excellent, as usual. The finance dept. not so much. I arrived for a recall service and a prepaid oil service, only to find that my prepaid services and my extended warranty had been cancelled. Now I have to wait for them to reinstate everything, if they can. I just cannot understand how this could happen. More

Went in for oil change and I had asked for them to check my back up camera when I called. At no point in time over the phone was I told it would cost me almost 200. I bought my truck Jan 3 2022 and after a my back up camera when I called. At no point in time over the phone was I told it would cost me almost 200. If someone would of told me It would cost I would of been ready but I only got told when I got there so no I didn't get them to look at it. I would of thought sense I only bought it 2 months ago They would if checked it out. Ill look myself on line...Im disappointed in them More
