Then after standing there a CUSTOMER said I had to go in. Not even a service person, a customer. Then after I went in Steven wasn't there for my appointment. I had to wait until his return. No one else could help me, they said. He finally showed up. I asked him to run it through the car wash and call me when it was finished. I came back the car was sitting in the back, no phone call from Steven. I had to wait again because he wasn't around again. So I sat in the waiting room. Totally bad customer service!!!!!! More

Phil was our salesman at Ford, what a great guy!!! He did not try to push anything on us, it was like having a friend at the dealership. He showed us what we wanted to see and we loved it! I have called and spoke to one of the Managers at this Auto Nation Ford Location. All Employees were very courteous, but did not give me the correct information. Wait time was unacceptable. I was advised of 1 1/2 hour wait time and it was 2 1/2 hours just for an oil change when I had an appointment. The Tech that checked me out is not the Tech that informed of my wait time. Having arrived for the appointment a little early, I was met by my service representative who confirmed that everything was ready. Scheduled 2 months prior to have recall on brake lines replacement. Hour after dropping vehicle off we got a call “THEY DID NOT HAVE PARTS”.
