made appointment for oil change-service provider was great-however while waiting for our vehicle to be finished we noticed it was sitting out in parking lot while we were in customer lounge just sitting great-however while waiting for our vehicle to be finished we noticed it was sitting out in parking lot while we were in customer lounge just sitting and waiting-they basically forgot about us as we were just sitting there.
