I made an appointment to have my truck looked at for a leak in the cab I called multiple times before I dropped my truck off to speak to my service advisor. I left three call back messages never received a call back. I ended up dropping my truck off at the dealership. My advisor wasn’t there for the appointment. I am currently working with Ford to figure out the leak issue on my truck Ford called the dealership multiple times and never got anyone on the phone. The communication is poor long story short I called the dealership to see what was going on with my truck and again no one picked up, so I decided to go pick up my truck. I called again right before I arrived at the dealership again no one picked up I walk into the service office there’s like six people all sitting at their desk, just talking like they didn’t have anything to do. I had my oil changed there , except they forgot to put the O-ring on the filter canister. Came out to my car and found a puddle of oil under it. Thank God I didn't drive it anywhere.
