My 2017 Ford Mustang needed major engine work done on it due to Parts shortages and having to deal with Ford over warranty issues he experience could have been very negative but AutoNation Ford went the ext due to Parts shortages and having to deal with Ford over warranty issues he experience could have been very negative but AutoNation Ford went the extra mile and I always felt like they were in my corner to make sure that my car was repaired correctly and with the best parts I would like to certainly command my service advisor Greg Jones and the service manager Ryan bensfield they both went beyond the Call of Duty AutoNation Ford paid over a $4,000 Enterprise car rental bill and always kept me informed on what steps were being taken on my car I got my car just before Christmas and it runs fantastic and again I want to highly recommend this dealership they are very customer service oriented and very professional I've also had dealings with the sales department and again they are all very professional especially sales person I dealt with named Donnie who at one point we were thinking about training our vehicle but then decided to keep it but there was no pressure and they did whatever they could to make my experience pleasurable More

I wish there is a middle option fro the review, I am not completely satisfied nor disatisfied with the service. To start it is so hard to reach your rep using the main line on teh automated system, I was n completely satisfied nor disatisfied with the service. Work was not done on the timeframe and also start getting problem with the same issue a week after it got done, since appointment are not available I have to wait almos a month for them to review the issue also took them to check why my ligth bulb are not brigth enough and didn't got a solution for that problem More
Expedition had 114,000 miles and still under extended factory warranty. Took it in for about five issues that I was having. My deductible is $100 per issue. Wasn't happy to hear that their charge for dia factory warranty. Took it in for about five issues that I was having. My deductible is $100 per issue. Wasn't happy to hear that their charge for diagnosing each issue was $107 per issue. If the issue was covered under the warranty the charge would be dropped. I believe three out of five of my issues were covered so the whole bill came to about $1200, which is probably not bad for what I had done. It took them almost two weeks to do the work but they did provide us with a fully paid rental car for the last week. More

I purchased my truck and have all service to truck done at auto nation. I do not feel you should charge for tire rotation when getting oil changed as you haven’t in the past. Derek has been my service rep in the past and has always been courteous and communicative. I like the texting feature on my phone because I work in a job that demands silence.
