I was driven to try AutoNation Ford by several horrible customer service experiences at a different large local Ford dealership. I was relieved to find the issues were problems with the dealership and n customer service experiences at a different large local Ford dealership. I was relieved to find the issues were problems with the dealership and not the Ford Motor Corporation. This became evident when the service writer(Devan B.), actually listened to me, apologized for my mind numbing experiences at their competitors and then commenced to meet all of my service needs! Big kudos to the team at AutoNation Ford, they really know how to take care of customers! I would also like to take a moment to thank Mullinax Ford for their abysmal treatment which forced me to experience AutoNation in the first place. Thanks AutoNation, not all heroes wear capes! More
Logan in the service department was friendly and efficient, getting me scheduled for both an initial visit and a follow-up to correct a minor issue. The past two services were failures in my opinion. I gave them one last chance to get it right and they did! My advisor is Kathi, she has been fantastic, the issues I had were directly due to the serv I gave them one last chance to get it right and they did! Service has improved significantly from the past, although the service is reasonable and lately have delivered within time frames agreed. It appears they are still a little behind with the completin although the service is reasonable and lately have delivered within time frames agreed. It appears they are still a little behind with the completing the work they have scheduled for the day..., but they appear to be busy with customers. Derek Matthew is typically my service adviser and works hard to coordinate the work and deliver the required service. More
