I arrived at the Seminole Ford at 4;45 on a Saturday afternoon. My truck had refused to start, then started so I went straight to Ford so I didn't get stuck somewhere. We determined the possible problem and the kind young man from service (I didn't get his Name) agreed he could look at my truck on Tuesday. They both were so helpful and reassuring and polite. I did not feel like a valued customer at this establishment. The communication could have been so much better. Every time we got a new date that the car should’ve been done it was always pushed b establishment. The communication could have been so much better.
