I did not feel like a valued customer at this establishment. The communication could have been so much better. Every time we got a new date that the car should’ve been done it was always pushed b establishment. The communication could have been so much better. Every time we got a new date that the car should’ve been done it was always pushed back with a very vague answer on why. What was supposed to be a “quick fix” as we were told took almost a month. Thankful for the fix but service could’ve been astronomically better. More
After three trips to the dealership and a year and a half for the same issue, I think they finally figured out what was wrong with my truck. I am extremely happy (now) that my truck is back to how it used to for the same issue, I think they finally figured out what was wrong with my truck. Could not say the same about a year ago when I was told that “oh that’s just how are your truck drives.” Don the new service manager is very good and attentive to the needs and concerns of customers.
