Not at all impressed with this dealership. Purchased new vehicle in September '21. Felt taken advantage of but still bought vehicle after 2 weeks of trying to find one. Like I was just a pawn in an attempt vehicle in September '21. Felt taken advantage of but still bought vehicle after 2 weeks of trying to find one. Like I was just a pawn in an attempt to make a sale. 3 months later, mechanical issue with my "3 month new vehicle" and was without a vehicle for 5 days. Called every day to check on because no one could ever seem to pick up a phone and call me with an update. No loaner was available and didnt even attempt to try to get a 3rd party rental to accomodate. so had to spend a small fortune for the week on Ubers. Guess I just got the bad apples on sales side and service side! More

My Ford Edge is 11 years old and my service dept keeps it running top snitch. It’s easy to get an appt. They are professional and courteous. They really care whether they are doing a good job. They let me kn running top snitch. It’s easy to get an appt. They are professional and courteous. They really care whether they are doing a good job.
