Logan Cronk was great, I was not prepared for the amount of time required to do the recall, oil change, and tire rotation, but they had a shuttle that took me to the mall and picked me up when the car was d of time required to do the recall, oil change, and tire rotation, but they had a shuttle that took me to the mall and picked me up when the car was done. Turned out to be a great day.... what women wouldn't want to wait at a mall instead of the dealership. More

My experience at Seminole Ford was outstanding. When I pulled in with my truck needing repair - Steve was amazing. He understood my babble and went straight away to getting it repaired. It was the week before Christmas and he instantly got My truck in for evaluation as driving it would possibly cause more damage. Steve was courteous and professional along with kind and reassuring. Everything went ok with my oil change, they used to do a Complementary Car Wash after a service, so when I got back to my car, I noticed it had not been washed. I asked about it and I was told, there is a Complementary Car Wash after a service, so when I got back to my car, I noticed it had not been washed. Electrical problem covered by warranty not fixed, actually made worse. Then they tried to tell me to take care of the tech who got it covered by the warranty.
