I called and was quoted $85 for oil change and tire rotation. Got there and they wanted $130 for both. Go anywhere else and it will be much cheaper. What a scam! More

I spoke with Angie in Customer Relations and the issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. During the past 20 years of Ford servicing across the country when I did not specify a specific oil grade the dealer defaulted to bulk 10w30. I wrongly assumed bulk 10w30 would be used this time. My fault for assuming. Also, the dealer should have requested my approval prior to using synthetic oil. Thank you Angie for helping to resolve this issue.
