Booking service was easy on line. Had to call back to get the coupon/special. Poor purchase and service experience at AutoNation Ford. Purchased a brand new $95,000 truck that had some scratches. After two attempts to get it rectified at the dealership they couldn’t get it right. I g Purchased a brand new $95,000 truck that had some scratches. On the service side, Cole Otto lacked professionalism by not following up and ignoring my emails for over three weeks. Basically giving me the middle finger and stating we got off to a wrong start and wouldn’t honor what he had promised . More
