I had a horrible experience with Service Advisor Kevin Morgan. Kevin was rude, dismissive and condescending from the start of my visit. I just brought in my F150 for the first service. I was greeted promptly and met with my service advisor Brandon. He got my vehicle in and back to service. The technician assigned sent me video updat I was greeted promptly and met with my service advisor Brandon. He got my vehicle in and back to service. The technician assigned sent me video updates of the brakes tires and suspension. I was out in just about an hour. This team is top notch and unlike previous service teams I am very impressed with their performance and professionalism. Thank you and see you at next service. More

Not a great experience. . the sales people were very nice but I was messaging about a new vehicle that had 5 miles on it. What they put me in was the same model vehicle but i . the sales people were very nice but I was messaging about a new vehicle that had 5 miles on it. What they put me in was the same model vehicle but it had a 1000 miles in it.. that's not really a new car..Gen Mgr Ken lied to me.. was supposed to get $500 for the extra milage if I changed my review.. never received the review to change it and sure didn't get the$500..
