Horrible experience buying a new car here. I was given FIVE different, incorrect ETAs for the arrival of my in-transit vehicle by salesman Shawn. I work night shifts, and these false alarms repeatedly disrupted my schedule and sleep. Each time I was told “it’s definitely coming today or tomorrow,” only to wake up and find it hadn’t arrived; with no explanation. It took repeated questioning after 2 weeks of delays for him to finally just show me what the official ETA they were given is. He was also incorrect about something as basic as the color of the roof of the car I was buying, until I talked to the manager about it, who confirmed he was mistaken. Shawn also blatantly lied about the vehicle inspection process, claiming they “don’t keep any records” when new cars arrive, despite Ford requiring a PDI (pre-delivery inspection) for every new car. On top of that, I was assured two separate times that the extra tint I paid for would be installed by them before delivery. Of course, when I arrived to pick up the car, the tint wasn’t done. Then, after calling three separate times just to get an appointment for the install, I was told it would take “30 to 60 minutes.” I ended up sitting there for nearly three hours. Unprofessional, disorganized, and potentially dishonest. I would not buy from here again, and I’d caution others to consider one of the other Ford dealers in the area. More

Service department is extremely slow and terrible with communication. I sat there for nearly 3 hours waiting for an oil change and tire rotation. The fender/tire flair for my Bronco with 14k miles flew off on the expressway. The fender flair was undamaged and in excellent condition (until flying away). Apparently outside parts randomly falling off your vehicle is not covered by Ford and/or this dealership’s warranty. All the dealership could say was it’s not covered. Beyond failure to honor the warranty, the dealership wanted $660 plus tax to replace the fender. That price included a more than 100% mark up per pricing on the exact part on ford.oempartsonline, plus roughly $200 in labor for, without exaggeration, less than 5 minutes worth of labor… seriously go watch, it’s the shortest how to video on YouTube. Not only will Ford and AutoNation not stand behind their vehicles’ warranties, they will gouge you every way they can. More

Brandon was there at 7:30 to meet me and go over a few things. I mentioned that I thought I needed brakes and he took a look at my brake fluid and it needed changed. He came in to let me know what was the things. I mentioned that I thought I needed brakes and he took a look at my brake fluid and it needed changed. He came in to let me know what was the result of the check of a few things on the car. I need new tires but the brakes ar still good. He came back with everything was completed (oil change and car wash) as I was looking at the video the technician took and said everything was completed. Brandon was very helpful and I will always ask for him for my next visit. More
