I recently purchased the 2023 Ford Escape Titanium PHEV, and overall, I'm impressed with the smooth ride and the car's stunning appearance. However, there have been some frustrating issues with the heads-up and overall, I'm impressed with the smooth ride and the car's stunning appearance. However, there have been some frustrating issues with the heads-up display (HUD). Despite the car being equipped with this feature, I've been unable to get the selected content to display properly. I reached out to both Ford and the dealer for assistance, only to be told that they weren't familiar with how the HUD works. As a loyal Ford customer, I'm disappointed by the lack of vehicle orientation provided at the time of purchase. It's frustrating that finding someone knowledgeable about using the various options on the vehicle seems to be an impossible task. I hope that Ford can improve the customer experience by offering better support for understanding and utilizing the features they provide in their vehicles. More

Overall, dealership service department was very good, very attentive, and timely with updates and repairs. The only fault I could find, was that the service department / dealership was not equipped with a car wash. My vehicle was in for repairs for two weeks. When I picked up the vehicle, it was all dusty from the Arizona desert and heat, I asked to have the vehicle washed and was told that their car wash equipment was very old and wouldn't recommend putting the vehicle through, and also the interior of the car was not vacuumed. For a dealership of this size, not to mention the AutoNation name in front, I felt that they really need to have a functional car wash. In the last 20 years, I have not taken a vehicle into service and had the vehicle returned dusty and not vacuumed out. More

Once delivered (actually only 3 months after expected) it was as if AutoNation had completely changed. The new sales/delivery person Jess Acridge gets 5 stars for customer service and his handling of the transacion and at least what I was told about the service policies on my Mustang at AutoNation were exceptional (pick up and delivery policy).
