Brought in our SUV for an oil change on 11/19/2021. Came home with a Suv with hand prints with oil on them. On the hood, doors, inside interior. We have beige interior so the black is quite noticeable. W home with a Suv with hand prints with oil on them. On the hood, doors, inside interior. We have beige interior so the black is quite noticeable. Why they needed the back seat, we don't know. Mechanics need to use rags to clean hands before putt hands all over it. We have not had time to bring the vehicle back in because for a cleaning. You need to get the black hands off the interior. We are not happy with the condition of the SUV on it's return to us.
