Basically I'm very unhappy with the process to repair my vehicle. The work done on the vehicle was great. However the time it took to make the repair was not acceptable and it cost me an additional six hund vehicle. The work done on the vehicle was great. Let me explain, I had a warranty but was told it had to be verified (took 5 days). Upon verification the warranty gave me 10 days of car rental coverage, however you couldn't get the engine block for 10 days. All said and done the vehicle set for that whole time and when the block was finally installed another week had past and more car rental cost for me. Repair great, service bad. More

I have been waiting a really long time for the “parts” to be available for a recall. The actual service only took two days.
